Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and buttermilk and then coconut. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
