Millionaire Or Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. caramels
14 oz. condensed sweetened milk
16 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
1 devil's food chocolate cake mix

Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to box directions.
Pour half the batter into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Mix milk with caramels and melt in double boiler.
Pour milk/caramel mixture over hot cake.
Mix nuts and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle half of this mixture over caramel layer.
Pour the rest of the cake batter on top.
Top this with remaining chips and nuts.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
