Stir-Fried Shrimp And Pea Pods - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 oz. pea pods, trimmed
4 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
pinch of salt
black pepper
Preparation

Blanch pea pods in boiling salted water for 1 minute.
Drain and set aside.
Heat wok, add the peanut oil and stir-fry shrimp for 30 seconds.
Add pea pods, dry white wine, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper and toss together until heated through. Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
Serve immediately with boiled rice.
