Pesto Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
3 large eggs
1/2 c. pesto sauce
1/4 c. pine nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Rub 1 tablespoon butter over bottom and sides of 9-inch diameter spring-form pan.
Mix bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons cheese.
Coat pan with crumb mixture.
