Stacked Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tortillas, dipped quickly in hot oil and patted dry with paper towels (this is to make them soft)
    1/2 (15 oz.) can chili con carne (Dennison's or Nally's)
    chopped onion
    grated sharp cheese
    1 over easy egg (optional)
    hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    On your
    plate, place 1 tortilla and put about 2 tablespoons of hot
    chili con carne on top.
    Spread evenly (you can put as much
    as
    you
    wish).
    Sprinkle some chopped onion and cheese next.
    Put
    another
    tortilla
    on
    top
    and
    repeat the process. On the
    last
    layer,
    you
    can top this with a fried egg, if you want.
    Put
    a
    dash or two of Louisiana hot sauce over it all.
