Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef fillet
    1/2 lb. button mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. cognac
    16 oz. fresh cream
    1/2 bottle tomato ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 1/2 oz. butter
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut the meat into strips and the mushrooms into thin slices. Brown the meat in butter in a frying pan. Pour the cognac over the meat and flamb. Add salt and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Return to the heat. Add the mushrooms, the Worcestershire sauce, the ketchup and the fresh cream. Stir well and leave uncovered on a low heat for 5 minutes, not more. Serve with rice.
