Whipped Cream Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pimientos
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and add all remaining ingredients.
    Put in lightly buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
