Rhubarb Jam Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped rhubarb
    4 c. granulated sugar
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice included)
    1 large box strawberry jello
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb and sugar (on low heat and keep stirring) for 5 minutes.
    Add pineapple and juice.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and immediately stir in strawberry jello.
    Stir until jello is completely dissolved.
    Chill before serving.
    This can be frozen or canned.
