Ham And Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ham, cut into chunks
6 c. cooked potatoes, sliced or cubed
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Add potatoes and ham to cheese sauce.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Yield: 6 servings.
