Crock-Pot Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 can chopped green chilies
garlic salt to taste
can cream of chicken soup
can cream of mushroom soup
can of Cheddar cheese soup
can enchilada sauce
1 bag plain Doritos
Preparation

Saute onions and ground beef in a skillet until meat is brown; drain.
Put in crock-pot with remaining ingredients, except Doritos.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
Ten minutes before serving, add Doritos to mixture and stir.
A great dish with just a little effort!
