5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes, do not brown and cut in fork size pieces
    1 can peas and carrots (including liquid)
    2 cans tomato soup (1 can water to dilute)
    6 to 8 potatoes, cut in halves
    1 medium onion, cut coarsely
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients in a Dutch oven or roaster.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, covered, for 5 hours.
