Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and egg until thoroughly mixed. Spread evenly in pan.
