Hot Clam Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans minced clams with juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 box crackers
    3 to 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
    3/4 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1 bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine first two ingredients in a small pan and simmer until soft (about 3 minutes).
    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add pan mixture to bowl and combine well.
    Spread mixture into a lightly greased quiche dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and continue to bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve with crackers.
