Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) hen, cooked night before (if possible)
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, mashed
    1 can button mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    2 boxes spaghetti, cooked separately
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Cut chicken fine.
    Saute onions and celery until tender.
    Mix all ingredients together (except spaghetti) with one or more cups chicken broth.
    Cook on top of stove very slowly for 1 hour.
    Add spaghetti and 1/2 of grated cheese.
    Cook in oven for 30 to 40 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese on top before removing from oven.
    Serve hot.
