Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. peeled, grated apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    Gradually add sugar and oil; beat until thoroughly blended.
    Add flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla; beat until mixed.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Spread half of batter in greased and lightly floured angel food cake pan or Bundt cake pan.
    Combine cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle half of this mixture over batter.
    Spoon in remaining batter.
    Top with remaining cinnamon-brown sugar mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Cool before removing from pan.
