Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. thyme, oregano or marjoram
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 c. wild rice or 1 c. wild rice and 1 c. white rice, cooked
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk; add hot chicken broth, thyme, oregano
    or marjoram, Accent and pepper.
    Brown pork sausage, mashing as it fries.
    Remove from fat.
    Saute in fat the onions and mushrooms. Drain 2 cups wild rice.
    Combine all and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Add salt to taste.
