Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream (garnish)
Preparation

Bake pastry shells at 350\u00b0 and set aside.
Combine eggs and next 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Stir well.
Spoon mixture evenly into pastry shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
