Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    3 to 4 white onions
    1/2 bunch fresh parsley
    1 large bunch celery
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. shelled crab claws
    1 lb. crab fingers
    5 lb. shelled shrimp
    6 cans chicken broth
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 lb. fresh or frozen okra
    1/8 c. oregano
    1 or 2 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Chop garlic, onions, parsley and celery.
    Heat bacon drippings over low heat.
    Add flour gradually.
    Cook and stir until roux is dark brown.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Stir until wilted.
    Add chicken broth and Ro-Tel.
