Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. finely crushed, low-fat graham crackers
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted low-fat margarine
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup of sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat just until mixture reaches a boil and sugar is dissolved.
Using mixer, whip into the dry milk until smooth.
Chill until cold. Make crust using melted low-fat margarine, sugar and crumbs. Press into an 8-inch pie pan.
Chill while making filling.
