Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. regular rice
water to barely cover rice
1 chicken, cut up (do not salt)
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Place rice in saucepan and barely cover with water.
Cook on low heat until water is absorbed. Pour rice in baking dish.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice. Mix well the soups and water.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
