Awesome Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 med. zucchini
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 small can black olives
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Slice zucchini in circles.
Coat in flour and salt and pepper.
Fry in a small amount of oil until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Layer zucchini, sauce, olives, mushrooms, and cheese in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
Serve with tossed salad and breadsticks.
Serves 6.
