Gourmet Chicken Breasts Wrapped In Phyllo Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    12 boneless chicken breasts (about)
    phyllo dough
Preparation
    Combine the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice and garlic.
    Thaw the phyllo sheets according to package directions.
    Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with melted butter.
    Place a second sheet on top of first and brush with butter.
    Place chicken breast in 1 corner of dough and cover with about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture. Roll up and fold into bundle.
    Brush with butter.
    Repeat with balance of chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle chicken phyllo with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake on cookie sheet, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until nicely browned.
