Jiffy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Reserve 1/3 cup of the liquid. Combine
    salmon
    with
    chopped green onions, parsley and bread crumbs.
    Add
    the
    beaten
    eggs,
    mustard, lemon juice and the remaining liquid.
    Shape into patties and fry over medium heat until lightly brown on both sides.\tMakes 12 patties.
