Arroz Con Gandules(Rice And Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can goya gandules
    4 Tbsp. sofrito
    2 Tbsp. vegetable or corn oil
    olives to taste
    3 c. rice
    2 pkg. sazon
    3 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In medium pot, boil 3 cups of water and oil. When boiling, add all ingredients and lower flame to minimum. When water is dissolved, stir. Leave for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
