Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 pt. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar in top of double boiler. Add beaten egg, stirring to make smooth. Combine pineapple and lemon juices. Add to egg mixture. Cook over hot water until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly. Cool. Stir in whipped cream just before serving.
