Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 refrigerated roll sugar cookies
    11 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    4 types fresh fruit (kiwi, peaches, bananas, etc.)
    1/2 jar apricot preserves
    4 Tbsp. water
    7 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking powder
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. lard
    1 c. currants, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients into a dough; add 1 cup currants, rinsed and drained, and work into dough.
    Roll out on a floured board; cut into 2 1/2 or 3 inch circles.
    Fry on lightly greased electric frypan or griddle at 350\u00b0.
    Fry until cookies puff up and look shiny, then turn over and cook until finished.
