Lemon Marinade For Fish Or Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Sauterne wine
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour over fish or meat, cover and chill for at least 3 hours, turning at least twice.
