Turkey Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can chop suey mixed vegetables
1/2 c. diced onion
2 c. cooked turkey
1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Drain vegetables, reserving liquid.
In large saucepan, saute onion
in a tablespoon of butter until translucent.
Add bouillon, water,
soy
and
Worcestershire sauces and turkey. Combine cornstarch\twith
1/4 cup water until mixed well.
Add to
turkey mixture.
Stir
until
thickened.
Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through.
Serve over cooked rice.
