Ham And Cheese Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced ham
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. peeled, cored, diced tart apple
    1/8 c. honey Dijon mustard dressing
    2 cans Grands type flaky biscuits
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix first four ingredients; set aside. Press biscuits flat to approximately 5-inch diameter circles. On each of the five flattened biscuits put dollop of ham mixture. Place another flattened biscuit over the mound and seal the edges. Repeat for the rest of the remaining biscuits.
    Brush with egg and bake until golden, 15 to 20 minutes.
