Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    2 ribs celery, sliced thin
    1 green pepper, sliced thin
    1 onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil
    pinch of oregano
    garlic powder to taste
    2 medium zucchini, sliced in 1/4-inch slices
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients in oil until almost tender.
    Add tomato sauce, water, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini and cook this together until the zucchini is done.
