Potato Cheddar Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Slices Bacon (Crispy Fried)
    3/4 c. Plain Croutons (Crushed)
    2 c. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
    1 c. Onions (Chopped)
    1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
    3 Tbsp. Butter
    4 Large Potatoes (Peeled and Cubed)
    2 Tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
    1 qt. Chicken Broth
Preparation
    1. Mix crumbled bacon and croutons. Set aside in soup kettle.
    2. Saute onions and garlic in butter.
    3. Add chicken broth, potatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper.
    Simmer 20-30 minutes until tender. Remove from heat.
    4. Process or blend until smooth. Add cheddar, warm
    gently. Serve with bacon crouton mix.
