Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
    1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, mix water, tomato paste, onion, garlic, bell pepper, mushrooms and oregano.
    Cook about 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
    Peel eggplant; slice lengthwise.
    Brown and drain ground meat.
