Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Place apples in
a
1 quart casserole.
Mix lemon juice and water and sprinkle over apples, coating each piece so they will not turn brown.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over apples. Make topping.
