Apple Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. apple pie spice
    3 c. cooking apples
    2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, salt, oil, vanilla, lemon juice and rind.
    Beat until well blended.
    Sift flour, soda and spice together.
    Add gradually to egg mixture until well blended.
    Stir in apples and pecans. Grease and flour angel food cake pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
