Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fryer
1 stick oleo
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Stew and bone chicken; reserve 2 cups of broth.
Cut chicken into pieces and place in bottom of baking dish.
Pour drained mixed vegetables over chicken.
Melt oleo; pour over chicken and vegetables.
Sift together dry ingredients (flour, salt, pepper and baking powder).
Add milk; mix well.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Heat soup and broth to boiling point.
Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
