Pineapple Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. cream cheese
    12 regular marshmallows
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, vinegar, pineapple and nuts in one bowl.
    In another bowl, dissolve Jell-O and marshmallows in boiling water.
    Place both bowls in refrigerator until set.
    Mix the two together in a shallow bowl and return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
