Carrot Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray 1 loaf pan with Baker's Joy. In mixing bowl, combine flour, nuts, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour in pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
