Pineapple-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil and beat until fluffy.
    Add all other ingredients and bake in greased and floured bread pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
