Spiced Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. allspice
    4 tsp. nutmeg
    48 chicken wings
    2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly oil an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Combine pepper, salt, allspice, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
    Set aside.
    Remove wings tip section and discard or save for soup. Cut remaining pieces of wing apart at the joint.
    Place wing pieces in a single layer in oiled baking dish.
    Sprinkle with spice mixture.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Turn each piece over and sprinkle with remaining spice mixture.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 96 hors d'oeuvres.
