Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft butter
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar, flour and vanilla. Mix in nuts.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while hot and again while cool.
