Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fillets, thawed until soft outside
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salad oil
Preparation
    Melt butter; add lemon juice and mustard.
    Spread over bottom of a foil pan.
    Oil outside of fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper and parsley flakes.
    Place foil pan on cooking grid to preheat, then turn to low.
    Place fillets in pan.
    Cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
    Turn fillets and close lid again.
    Done in 3 to 5 minutes.
