Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 beaten egg
    10 to 12 crushed saltines
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato sauce (reserve 1/2 for top of meat loaf)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix ground chuck with beaten egg and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Add saltines, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
    Put meat mixture in loaf pan and press to form loaf.
    Put remaining tomato sauce on top of meat loaf.
    Cover meat loaf with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
