Jwiebel Kucken(Onion Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. onions, sliced and separated into rings
    unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten well
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    bacon slices
Preparation
    Slice onions and separate into rings.
    Fry to a light brown. Place in an unbaked pie shell.
    Add caraway seed to the shell. Mix milk, sour cream salt and eggs; pour over onions.
    Mix sour cream and flour; add to mixture.
    Pour into unbaked crust; place bacon slices on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
