Ingredients

1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (can use Egg Beaters)
4 c. flour
brown sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Soak yeast in the water and 1 teaspoon sugar and set aside. Cream 1 cup sugar, margarine and salt together.
Add eggs, then hot mashed potatoes.
Mix. Add yeast, water and sugar mixture.
Stir in all of flour.
Let stand in warm place overnight or until it rises.
