Senegalese Yasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. hot oil
chicken, in pieces
2 medium onions, diced
2 medium onion, sliced
4 heaping tsp. mustard
2 cloves garlic
juice of 2 large lemons
salt and pepper
crushed bouillon cube
Preparation

Fry chicken in hot oil until crisp.
Combine separately diced onions, sliced onions, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper; cook 10 minutes.
Add cooked chicken pieces, crushed bouillon cube and water to make sauce.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over hot rice.
