Mom'S Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    2 1/2 c. macaroni
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. chili powder (add more for hotter taste)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery together; drain grease. In a soup kettle, add together the meat, kidney beans, juice, 1/3 can of water and cooked macaroni and chili powder.
    Cook, covered, on low heat until soup thickens.
