Shrimp Beignets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 small onion
    shrimp
Preparation
    Cook shrimp; drain.
    Put through meat grinder.
    Set aside. Boil water.
    Add butter, salt, celery salt and pepper.
    When butter is melted, add flour all at once; stir well and remove from heat.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well after each.
    Grate onion into batter and add shrimp.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Then fry in spoonfuls in oil until golden.
    Serve hot.
