Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. A.1. steak sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Set aside. In same skillet, add remaining margarine and cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
    Return meat to skillet.
    Add water and A.1. Heat to boil.
    Reduce to low and simmer 50 to 60 minutes until tender.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
