Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
bacon grease
water
salt
pepper
Preparation

Shred cabbage into large iron skillet.
Cover cabbage with water.
Add enough bacon grease to flavor.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on medium heat.
When water cooks out, keep adding until cabbage is tender.
Then fry cabbage until slightly browned!
