Pasta With Broccoli Or Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    2 1/2 sticks butter
    2 Tbsp. salt and pepper mixed
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 qt. half and half
    2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (16 oz.) box margheritina noodles or any pasta you prefer
Preparation
    Cook broccoli or cauliflower according to directions.
    Drain. In large pot, melt butter.
    Add mushrooms, parsley, broccoli or cauliflower, salt, pepper and half and half.
    Add cooked and drained pasta.
    Remove from heat.
    Add the 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
    Mix until half and half has been absorbed.
